見積みつもりを 取とる 練習れんしゅうを します。
Let's practice requesting an estimate.

練習れんしゅう1

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. After finishing, switch roles and read again.

• 昨日さくじつ、 見積依頼みつもりいらいの メールを 送おくりました。
  I sent an estimate request email yesterday.
• 昨日さくじつは 定休日ていきゅうびでした。 ご返信へんしんできず、申もうし訳わけございませんでした。
  Yesterday was our regular holiday. I apologize for not replying sooner.
• 以前いぜんのモデルは バネが 弱よわかったので、新しんモデルの 見積みつもりを お願ねがいします。
  The springs were weak in the previous model, so I’d like to request an estimate for the new model.
• 承知しょうちいたしました。
  Understood.
• 以前いぜんのモデルは、カバーも 強つよくなかったですが、そこは 改善かいぜんされましたか？
  The cover wasn’t strong in the previous model either. Has that been improved?
• はい。性能せいのうテストでは 1つも エラーが 出でませんでした。お見積みつもりと 一緒いっしょに 仕様書しようしょも お送おくりしますね。
  Yes, in the performance test, there were no errors at all. I’ll send the specifications along with the estimate.

1.名詞文めいしぶん、な形容詞文けいようしぶんの 丁寧形ていねいけいの 過去かこは、「～でした」「～ではなかったです」に なります。
The polite past form for noun and na-adjective sentences is "~deshita" or "~dewanakattadesu".
2.動詞文めいしぶんの 丁寧形ていねいけいの 過去かこは、「～ました」「～ませんでした」に なります。
The polite past form for verb sentences is "~mashita" or "~masendeshita".
3.い形容詞文けいようしぶんの 丁寧形ていねいけいの 過去かこは、「～かったです」「～くなかったです」に なります。
The polite past form for i-adjective sentences is "~kattadesu" or "~kunakattadesu".
※「ではなかったです」は 「ではありませんでした」に 変かることが できます。また、「では」を 「じゃ」に 変かえることも できます。 「では」より くだけた形かたちです。
You can replace "dewanakattadesu" with "dewaarimasendeshita" or use "ja" instead of "dewa" for a more casual expression.

見積みつもりを お願ねがいする ときは 「見積みつもりを いただけますでしょうか？」「見積みつもりを お願ねがいします」 と よく 言いいます。
When requesting an estimate, it’s common to say, "mitsumori o itadakemasudeshouka"(Could you please provide an estimate?) or "mitsumori o onegaishimasu"(I'd like to request an estimate.).

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。(    )の中なかの言葉ことばは、 過去かこの形かたちに 変かえましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. Change the words in parentheses to the past form. After finishing, switch roles and read again.

• プリンターの新製品しんせいひんを 発売はつばいされたと (聞ききます)。
  I heard you’ve released a new printer model.
• はい。 Y405は 機能きのうが (複雑ふくざつです)が、新あたらしいY505モデルは あまり使つかわれない 機能きのうを なくしました。印刷速度いんさつそくども 改善かいぜんされました。
  Yes. The Y405 had complicated functions, but the new Y505 model has removed the less-used features. The printing speed has also been improved.
• 確たしかに、Y405の印刷速度いんさつそくどは (速はやくないです)。Y505の50台だいと 100台だいの 見積みつもりを いただけますでしょうか？
  Indeed, the printing speed of the Y405 wasn’t fast. Could you please provide an estimate for 50 and 100 units of the Y505?
• はい。かしこまりました。
  Certainly.
• 先月せんげつまで、弊社住所へいしじゅうしょは (品川しながわです)が、 今月こんげつから 渋谷しぶやになりました。送料そうりょうは 変かわりますでしょうか？
  Our company’s address was in Shinagawa until last month, but from this month, we’ve moved to Shibuya. Will the shipping cost change?
• 23区内くないであれば、送料そうりょうは 変かわりません。
  If it’s within the 23 wards, the shipping cost remains the same.

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。空欄くうらんには 下したの 言葉ことばの どれかを 過去形かこけいに変かえて使つかいましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. Fill in the blanks by using the past tense of one of the words(phrases) below. After finishing, switch roles and read again.

• SH405モデルは とても 　　　　　。追加ついかで 発注はっちゅうさせていただきたいので、500台の見積みつもりを いただけますでしょうか？
  The SH405 model sold very well. I would like to place an additional order, so could you please provide me with a quote for 500 units?
• かしこまりました。昨年さくねんは、景気けいきが 　　　　　が、御社おんしゃの売上うりあげは 　　　　　のですね。
  Certainly. Last year, the economy was bad, but your company's sales weren't bad, were they?
• おかげさまで、順調じゅんちょうです。特とくに 8月がつは 忙いそがしくて 　　　　　。
  Thanks to you, things are going smoothly. Especially in August, it was so busy.
• 業績ぎょうせきを 伸のばして いらっしゃるようで 何なによりです。VH705モデルの 見積みつもりは いかがでしょうか？
  It seems like your business is growing, which is great to hear. How about a quote for the VH705 model?
• VH705は 昨年さくねんは 全まったく 　　　　　ので、今回こんかいは 見積みつもりは 結構けっこうです。
  As for the VH705, it didn't sell at all last year, so we won't need a quote this time.

1.「おかげさまで」は、自分じぶんの状況じょうきょうが 良よいときに、 相手あいてのおかげ という 感謝かんしゃの 気持きもちを 伝つたえる 言いい方かたです。
"okagesamade"(thanks to you) is an expression used to convey gratitude when your situation is good, implying that it's because of the other person's help.
2.相手あいての 良よい 状況じょうきょうについて 嬉うれしい ときは 「何なによりです」と よく 言いいます。
When you're happy about the other person's good situation, you often say "naniyoridesu"(good to hear).
3.相手あいての提案ていあんを 断ことわる ときは 「結構けっこうです」と よく 言いいます。
When declining the other person's proposal, you often say "kekkou desu"(No, thank you.).
