解説 初はじめて 顧客こきゃくと 会あう 場面ばめんを 練習れんしゅうします。
Let's practice situations where you meet a customer for the first time.

練習れんしゅう1

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. After finishing, switch roles and read again.

  • はじめまして。 吉村よしむらと 申もうします。
Nice to meet you. My name is Yoshimura.
  • はじめまして。 キャンベルと 申もうします。
Nice to meet you too. My name is Campbell.
  • キャンベルさんは 営業えいぎょうの方かた ですか?
Mr. Campbell, are you in sales?
  • はい、そうです。担当たんとうは 東京とうきょうエリアです。
Yes, that's correct. I’m in charge of the Tokyo area.
  • 弊社住所へいしゃじゅうしょは 東京とうきょうではありません。その場合ばあい、どなたと お話はなしすれば よいでしょうか?
Our company is not located in Tokyo. In that case, who should I talk to?

重要点 1.A=Bを言いう ときは、 「AはBです」 を 使つかいます。
When saying A=B, use 'A wa B desu'.
2.質問文しつもんぶんを 作つくるには、 文ぶんの 最後さいごに 「か?」を つけます。
To create a question sentence, add 'ka?' at the end of the sentence.
3.「A(名詞めいし)はB(名詞めいし)です」 の否定ひていは、 文ぶんの 最後さいごを 「ではありません」「じゃありません」「じゃないです」に します。
The negative form of 'A (noun) wa B (noun) desu' is made by changing the end of the sentence to 'dewa arimasen,' 'ja arimasen,' or 'ja nai desu'.
※「じゃありません」「じゃないです」は「ではありません」より くだけた形かたちです。
'Ja arimasen' and 'ja nai desu' are more casual forms than 'dewa arimasen'.
ポイント 1.初対面はつたいめんの ときは 最初さいしょに 「はじめまして」と 言いいます。
When meeting someone for the first time, you start by saying 'Hajimemashite'.
2.「申もうします」は 「言いう」の 敬語けいごです。
"申します" (moushimasu) is a polite way of saying "say".
3.「~の方かた」は 「~の人ひと」の 丁寧ていねいな形かたちです。
"~の方" (no kata) is a polite form of "~の人" (no hito), which means "XX person".
4.「弊社へいしゃ」 = 「自分じぶんの会社かいしゃ」、 「御社おんしゃ」 = 「相手あいての会社かいしゃ」です。
"弊社" (heisha) refers to "our company" while "御社" (onsha) refers to "your company".
5.「AはBです」の Aは 省略しょうりゃくされることが よくあります。 話はなし相手あいてが 何なにを 話はなしているか 分わかる ときは、よく省略しょうりゃくされます。また 「Aは」を繰くり返かえすと Aが 強調きょうちょうされ過すぎる ために 省略しょうりゃくされます。
'A' in 'A wa B desu' is often omitted. It is frequently omitted when the listener understands what is being discussed. Additionally, 'A wa' is omitted to avoid overemphasizing 'A' by repeating it.
