広報こうほう,広告等こうこくなどの担当者たんとうしゃに つないでもらう営業電話えいぎょうでんわの 練習れんしゅうを します。
Let's practice making a sales call to get connected to the person in charge of public relations or advertising.

練習れんしゅう1

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. After finishing, switch roles and read again.

• お世話せわになります。ABCニーズの長谷川はせがわと申もうします。広報担当こうほうたんとうの方かたは いらっしゃいますでしょうか？
  Hello, this is Hasegawa from ABC Needs. May I speak with the person in charge of public relations?
• 広報担当者こうほうたんとうしゃの 本日ほんじつの 予定よていを 見みて お話はなししているのですが、あいにく本日ほんじつは 終日外出しゅうじつがいしゅつの 予定よていとなっております。
  I’m looking at the public relations officer’s schedule, and unfortunately, she's out of the office all day today.
• そうでしたか。御社おんしゃの「着物きものを着きて仕事しごとをする」というイベントの 取材しゅざいをさせていただきたいのですが、どなたか お話はなしできる方かたは いらっしゃらないでしょうか？
  I see. I would like to cover your company’s 'Work in Kimono' event. Is there someone else I could speak with?
• あいにく、取材関連しゅざいかんれんは 先さきほどお伝つたえした広報担当者こうほうたんとうしゃが 全すべて対応たいおうさせていただくようになっております。
  Unfortunately, the person I mentioned handles all inquiries related to media coverage.
• かしこまりました。それでは また改あらためさせていただきます。
  Understood. I’ll call back another time then.

動詞どうしの「て形けい」(付帯ふたい)は、ある動作どうさをしたまま、他ほかの動作どうさをするときに 使つかいます。
The "te-form" of verbs (used for accompanying actions) is used when performing one action while doing another.

別べつのタイミングで改あらためて電話でんわをかけなおす旨むねを告つげるとき、「また改あらためさせていただきます。」と よく 言いいます。
When you plan to call back at a different time, you often say, 'mata aratamesasete itadakimasu' (I will contact you again.)

練習れんしゅう2

先生せんせいと 役割やくわりを 分わけて 対話文たいわぶんを 読よんで みましょう。空欄くうらんには 下したの 動詞どうしの どれかを 使つかいましょう。動詞どうしは「て形けい」(付帯ふたい)にしましょう。終おわったら 役割やくわりを 代かえて 読よんで みましょう。
Let's read the dialogue by splitting the roles with your teacher. Use one of the vers below to fill in the blanks. Make sure to use "te-form" of verbs(used for accompanying actions). After finishing, switch roles and read again.

• お世話せわになります。ABCニーズのチョウと申もうします。広報担当こうほうたんとうの方かたは いらっしゃいますでしょうか？
  Hello, this is Cho from ABC Needs. May I speak with the person in charge of public relations?
• 私わたくしですが、どのようなご用件ようけんでしょうか？
  That would be me. How can I help you?
• 御社おんしゃのパンフレットを　　　　　お電話でんわしているのですが、商品しょうひんを テレビCMで放送ほうそうされてみませんか？
  I’m calling after seeing your company’s brochure. Would you be interested in broadcasting your product on TV commercials?
• 　　　　　デスクワークができる机つくえの 広告こうこくを しようかと 考かんがえていた所ところでした。
  We were just thinking about advertising a standing desk.
• 是非ぜひ いくつか ご提案ていあんさせてください。
  I’d love to propose some ideas for you.

  Hello, my name is Ann from ABC Ad. Is the person in charge of public relations available?
• どのようなご用件ようけんでしょうか？
  May I ask what this is regarding?
• 御社おんしゃのARを　　　　　オフィスレイアウトを提案ていあんできる商品しょうひんを インターネット広告こうこくに出だされませんか？
  Would you be interested in advertising your AR to propose office layouts on the internet?
• 本日ほんじつ、 別べつの 広告代理店こうこくだいりてんの方かたが ネット広告資料こうこくしりょうを弊社代表へいしゃだいひょうに　　　　　 広告こうこくの提案ていあんをされる事ことになっています。
  Actually, another advertising agency is scheduled to present online advertising materials to our company representative today.

練習れんしゅう3

あなたは、広告代理店こうこくだいりてんの営業えいぎょうスタッフです。 A社しゃにテレビ広告こうこくを提案ていあんするため、電話でんわして、広報担当者こうほうたんとうしゃに取とり次ついでもらって下ください。
※先生せんせいは A社しゃの電話受付でんわうけつけスタッフの役やくをします
※先生せんせいが 間あいだに いくつか質問しつもんをするので、それにも答こたえて下ください
You are a sales staff member from an advertising agency. Please call Company A to propose TV advertisements and ask to be connected to the public relations person.
*Your teacher will play the role of a receptionist for Company A and ask some questions in between, so please answer them.
